1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange

You can request a return or exchange if:

  • You received a damaged or defective item.

  • You received the wrong product or size.

Please note:

  • Returns and exchanges must be requested within 3 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Sale, discounted, or clearance items cannot be returned or exchanged.

2. How to Request a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange:

  • Mention your order number, reason, and attach a clear photo of the product (if damaged or incorrect).

Our team will review your request and guide you through the process.

3. Shipping Costs

  • If the error is on our side (wrong or damaged item), we’ll cover the return shipping cost.

  • If the return is due to personal preference (size, color, change of mind), the customer will bear the return shipping cost.

4. Refunds

Refunds are only applicable if the item is not available for replacement.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after inspection.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Customized or altered products
