Shipping Policy – Kalhoro Clothing

At Kalhoro Clothing, we are committed to delivering your orders safely and on time. Please review our shipping policy below:
1. Order Processing
- Orders are processed Monday to Saturday.
- Orders placed before 3:00 PM are usually dispatched the same day; after 3:00 PM or on holidays, they are processed the next business day.
- You will receive an order confirmation via WhatsApp, email, or phone before dispatch.
2. Delivery Time
- Karachi: 1–3 business days
- Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan: 2–4 business days
- Other cities and towns: 3–7 business days
Note: Delivery may take longer during sales, peak seasons, or in remote areas.
3. Shipping Charges
- Standard delivery charges are calculated at checkout.
- Free delivery may apply on promotional offers or minimum order values (see banners for updates).
4. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available across Pakistan.
- Please ensure someone is available to receive and pay for the order at the delivery address.
- COD orders may be verified via a call or WhatsApp message.
5. Tracking Your Order
- Once your parcel is shipped, a tracking number will be shared via SMS/WhatsApp/email.
- You can track your parcel using the courier’s website or app.
6. International Shipping
Currently, we only deliver within Pakistan. International shipping may be added in the future.
7. Delays & Issues
While we aim to deliver within the mentioned timeframes, delays may occur due to courier service, weather, or unforeseen events.
If your parcel is delayed or lost, please contact us and we will coordinate with the courier to resolve it.
8. Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or missing item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos.
We will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
